More than ten years of work in the field of administration.
I have work experience in such areas as government, automotive, agriculture and IT.
For me, starting something new is always a challenge, where the main goal is to get the result of my work. What helps me in this is a systematic and organized approach, including accuracy, consistency and attention to detail, tenacity and the ability to work under pressure.

• Organization of the front desk team work: incoming calls, incoming/outgoing correspondence.
• Managing all the office life-cycle activities: controlling florist and cleaning services, vending machines work arrangement, dealing with parking issues, non-standard office supplies conduction, cooperation with the printing company.
• Work with Service Now system, process office support requests.
• Communicate with the Landlord and third party facility services.
• On-boarding conduction for the new employees.
• Office space management.
• Teams’ move organization and support.
• Employees’ and clients’ support in daily activities.
• Basic reporting tasks.
• Non-IT asset management.
• Support events organization.

Projects in which I managed and gained experience in this position:
• Organization and control of the transportation of the IT equipment from the combat zones (search for a counterparty, communication, control the timeliness of the arrival of machines for loading/unloading, escort on the road) - the job has been done remotely.
• Participation in the organization and assistance in the interruption of the company's employees from the cities of hostilities.
* Managing all the office life-cycle activities remote in Kyiv (Ukraine), Sofia (Bulgaria), London (England).
* Participation and assistance in the organization of the regional "Focus camp": visa and general support of foreign guests and speakers, an organization of the program of the event.
* Testing and launching the Success Factors HR portal between the company's offices around the world, and the parent company. The portal computerized the entire process and summarized all the information about each employee of the company, from the moment of posting a vacancy on the portal to the moment of dismissal.
