- Managing the full life-cycle recruitment process: job descriptions creating, candidates sourcing, CV pre-screening, interviewing and feedbacks providing, customer's interviews organizing and communication with customers, job offers making and negotiating with the candidates;
- IT Staff recruitment with expertise in various fields and technologies(Developers/Administrators, QA/Test Engineers, Team Leaders, Technical Leaders positions);
- IT Market researching (monitoring of labor-market state, salary levels) including communication with presales team;
- Daily and weekly reporting.
