I have been working as an IT recruiter for more than 1 year. Hiring experience: Front-end Back-end developers( Magento, Shopify), PM, QA(auto, manual), Data Analyst, etc.
Work with different vacancies from junior to senior. There were anywhere from 3-5 openings in the job each month.
Responsibilities :
- pre-selection of candidates
- search candidates
- work with different job sites such as djinni, Dou, LinkedIn, work.ua, rabota.ua Dou, recruitica GitHub( also use Trello)
- full cycle of recruiting
- create new vacancies on job sites according to the requirements of the hiring manager
