Responsibilities:
- Creation hiring\onboarding flow from scratch.
- Sourcing candidates through different sources and using different methodologies.
- Close cooperation with Development, Sales and Product teams.
- Communication with Hiring Managers and stakeholders.
- Working with a variety of ATS and technologies.
- Creation of talent pipelines, nurturing candidates.
- Mentoring and knowledge sharing.
