Schedules and conducts candidates interviews and ensures those candidates are moved efficiently through the full lifecycle recruiting process, from initial phone screen through the offer stage.

Ensures new hires are on-boarded and integrated successfully within the company.

-The appointment of face-to-face interviews
-Conducting the base of candidates
-Placement of vacancies on work sites and social networks
-The appointment of face-to-face interviews with candidates
-Participation in face-to-face interviews with department heads
-Forming the Job offer for suitable candidates
-Adaptation on the first working day of the employee
-Supervising the internship of new employees
