As an HR Generalist, I am looking to continue developing as a well-rounded HR Generalist in a team that offers me a
positive atmosphere and a constructive workplace.I believe that strong communication and negotiation skills,
teamwork, service focus, and leadership are the key to attract and retain the best talents. I wish to utilize my experience to ensure your company grows in the market.

During the last 1,5 year, I have been working as an HR Generalist in the product company!

Among my responsibilities are:

Assist in recruitment processes, CVs screening, networking;
Conduct employee onboarding and help organize training & development initiatives;
Provide support to teammates (team of 25 talents) in various HR-related topics;
Undertake tasks around performance management (Engagedly), providing feedback;
Organize employee performance reviews together with PMs and CTO;
Maintain employee files and records in electronic form;
Enhance job satisfaction by resolving issues promptly, applying new perks and bonuses.

In the beginning, joined the company as a part-time Customer Support Manager.
such as leaves and compensation and resolving any issues that may arise
benefits and organizing team-building activities
The main focus was to respond promptly to customer queries with helpful,
relevant information (via chats, emails), bug reporting to Jira, follow up with
the end users about their experience, building customer loyalty.
