I was fully involved in the employment process, having lots of different tasks as:
-primary communication with candidates via LinkedIn, Telegram, Djinni, Skype, e-mail, GitHub, DOU, etc.,
-active search of potential candidates using different sourcing methods in the UA and EU job markets,
-interview organization and interviewing candidates
-candidate's internal database update and maintenance,
-keeping in touch with candidates,
-providing feedback.
Typically, I worked with vacancies in Healthcare, Automotive, and Telecom domains and managed 7-10 positions simultaneously.

I experienced with tech /non-tech positions from Junior to Team Lead/Architect level (Backend, Frontend Engineers, Full Stack, QA (AQA), Data/Business Analyst, DevOps, Data Engineer, Embedded Engineers, Project Managers, Data Scientists, etc).
