I have 2 years of experience in IT sourcing/recruiting. I work with the market of Ukraine, Europe, and the USA. I have experience in the creation of policy for the sourcing department and experience in coaching and managing trainee/junior colleagues.

My Responsibilities:
- Initial contact with candidates for technical and management positions
- Profiles and resume screening
- Sourcing for different technical and management positions using different channels (social and professional networks (LinkedIn, github, stackoverflow etc.), job sites, internal database)
- Targeting and reaching passive candidates using creative methodologies
- Time management
- Mentoring newcomers
- Knowledge sharing
