Requirements:
-Experience in recruitment from 4.5 months;
-Good communication and information gathering skills;
-Ability to work with modern technologies and candidate search tools (LinkedIn, Boolean search / X-ray and ect.);
-Ability to analyze and evaluate candidates;
-Experience with CRM system;
-Ability to work in a team and achieve set goals.

Responsibilities:
-Searching and selecting candidates through various sources;
-Conducting interviews and evaluating candidates;
-Compiling and updating a database of candidates;
-Collaborating with hiring managers and directors to understand their staffing needs;
-Working with modern technologies and candidate search tools;
-Supporting and developing social networks and other candidate search tools;
-Working with other departments to ensure effective candidate attraction and filling of vacancies.
