Мене звати Катерина, я рекрутер з великим досвідом роботи. У IT рекрутингу я працюю 2 роки. За цей час я закривала вакансії від Junior до Senior и Lead рівнів, працювала з технічними вакансіями, а також з менеджментом, та маркетинговим відділом.
- full cycle of recruiting process, closing technical vacancies as
well as management's vacancies; -
maintaining a database of candidates in Clever Staff;
- drawing up text of the vacancies;
- monitoring of labor market and analytics of its indicators for
each vacancy;
- conducting initial telephone interview, online interviews;
- using various search channels (LinkedIn, freelance portals, Djinni,
Github, job-portals, Facebook, x-ray, Boolean search,
recommendations, etc.);
- making reports for results of the work;
- drawing up offers;
- development and writing of regulations for work in the
company;
- referral program manager: distribution of employee's
recommendations between recruiters, control of communication
with the referral, making reports.
Reasons for looking for a new position: critical changes in
management.
