- Sources suitable candidates through various sourcing channels (using Boolean search, X-ray search)
- Drafts and sends out recruiting emails to potential candidates
- Build and maintain a talent pool that can meet the company’s future hiring needs
- Keeps track of pre-defined sourcing metrics and reports on them (daily KPI)
- Interact with potential candidates on social media and professional networks
- Working with CRM
- Sending more than two candidates per week to the customer
