Identify and document unmet user needs, assumptions and
proposed solutions of a feature;
Prepare for and conduct stakeholder interview, accurately
capture information provided. Confirm elicitation results with
stakeholders;
Explain business value of a feature / backlog item to the
development team;
Model and visualize functional requirements (e.g. diagrams,
mockups, wireframes);
Define scope boundaries of a backlog item (e.g. stating inand out-of-scope).
