I work as a PM of the web platform for the B2B segment. My tasks consist of composing the product's backlog, feature prioritization, writing documentation, road mapping, research and user interviews, hypothesis developing and its testing, monitoring of products metric, aligning stakeholders for decision making, etc.

I started my path in the role of a product manager from a platform that was supposed to solve a particular issue for businesses engaged in global wholesale trading. After the primary release and market feedback, our team came to the understanding that the current model of business and solution that we've built is not viable.
Now we are in the process of pivoting and we are building a solution with different features that are intended to cover more frequent use cases (needs) of our audience.

As I work in a start-up it is frequent that person in the role of PM has to take care of many things, while the team is small and budgets are limited. So, I do.
