It would be more interesting for me to work with business tasks, building processes and working with people than to engage in search and recruitment.
Work with business processes:
- Search and selection of personnel (creation: regulations for the search and selection of personnel, algorithm bring a friend, creation of position profiles).
- Adaptation of personnel (onboarding, development of regulations for adaptation of personnel and implementation of the process).
- Internal communication (conducting 1:1, processing requests, handling objections).
- Personnel assessment (creation of a regulation on personnel assessment, survey 360. Together with Project Managers, the development of the PDP process).
- The system of intangible motivation (analysis of the current state and the introduction of new intangible benefits).
- Development of corporate culture (organization of corporate events in the company 2 times a year, congratulations to the staff on thematic holidays, congratulations to the staff on their birthday)
- HR analytics (introduction of daily, weekly, monthly reports. Cost analytics for personnel search resources).
- Dismissal of staff (exit-interview)
