I manage all phases of full-cycle recruiting, from initial sourcing and screening through offer negotiations, and placement.

- Sourcing through professional networks, databases, referrals, job sites, etc.;
- Conduct HR interviews via Skype/Google Meets/Zoom (checking the level of English language, work with the motivation of the candidates);
- Writing an overview experience (with main information) about candidates and presenting them, communicating with the customers;
- Arrange technical interviews/interviews with internal managers/customers interviews;
- Supporting the recruitment process up to the job offer.
