Regarding previous places of work I have experience in communicating with clients of the company, quickly resolving their issues, have the skills to communicate with different types of personalities.
I was also engaged in the management of clients from their interest to the final purchase. Conducted personal consultations on the phone, as well as on Facebook and Instagram. Used techniques to increase sales: SNAP, Upsell, conceptual sales.

I have currently finished courses as a junior project manager. I inducted and practised main PM roles: to manage project timelines and ensure tasks are completed on time and within budget.To be responsible for managing the project scope, timeline and budget as well as leading project meetings and daily scrums. And also to be responsible for ensuring that the team meets established quality standards and achieves all project deliverables.

The technologies I use on a daily basis include Microsoft Project, JIRA and Confluence. I also have experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies and am well versed in process improvement techniques.

I am keen to continue expanding my knowledge in project management as well as constantly trying to hone my skills in general business acumen and team management. In the future I would like to develop my skills in customer service and communication, as well as understanding of the software development process.
