• Searching for resumes/profiles matching the job requisition requirements
• Evaluating and select best matching resumes
• Prescreening candidates via phone/skype interview
• Maintaining and updating Workforce Source internal database candidates’ records
• Other recruitment duties as needed

- сollaboration with managers to determine the needs and identify the requirements for candidates;
- attracting of applicants by publishing job advertisements on corresponding resources and social media;
- screening candidates' resumes, verification of references, comparing skills and qualification to position requirements;
- scheduling and conducting interviews including structured interviews and behavioral questions preparation of job offer letters and onboarding new hires.
- Onboarding new employees, managing and monitoring the process of their integration.
