Throughout my career, I have had various roles in the Railway Company where I have gained a great deal of experience in technical maintenance, repair, and operation of rolling stock. As Deputy Depot Chief, Train Traffic Safety Engineer, and Operations Department Engineer, I have learned how to work effectively in a team and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. In addition, my experience as a Locomotive Engineer, Assistant Locomotive Engineer, and Locomotive Repair Mechanic has given me a keen eye for detail and a systematic approach to problem-solving.
My experience in carrying out technical control and solving problems with equipment has made me very observant and attentive to detail. I am confident that I can bring this same level of focus to the QA field, and I am excited to learn new skills and take on new challenges. One project that I am particularly proud of is a rolling stock maintenance program that I developed in my previous role as Deputy Depot Chief. Through careful planning and execution, I was able to significantly reduce downtime and improve the reliability of our trains. This experience taught me the importance of thorough testing and attention to detail, which I know will be invaluable in a QA role.
