We are looking for a talented product designer to join our team working on an innovative sales product. The company is a leader in the high-tech revolution of the sales industry with the help of an advanced sales automation platform. The product you will work on sets new standards in the world of sales and provides unique opportunities to optimize and automate business processes for our customers.

We are looking for you if you have:

- 5+ years of experience designing web or mobile applications, ideally B2B SaaS applications;
- Successful experience in working on large and complex projects from start to finish;
- A portfolio that demonstrates strong product design skills, projects that show great attention to detail and user interaction;
- Experience in the development and improvement of the design of systems;
- Ability to implement and use new techniques and technologies in product design;
- High level of understanding and adherence to UX/UI design principles;
- Experience working with diverse teams including developers, product managers, and other teams;
- Good written and spoken English (at least Upper-Int. level).

What you’ll do:

- Learning the needs and problems of users to determine the main requirements for the product;
- Development of concepts and ideas that solve identified problems and meet user needs;
- Creation of prototypes and conceptual models for testing;
- Development of the user interface (UI) to ensure the convenience of user interaction with the product;
- Cooperation with developers to ensure compliance with design standards and technical capabilities;
- Analyzing data and making improvements to improve user experience and achieve greater user satisfaction.
