We are seeking a Product Marketing Manager with strong multitasking and self-organization skills, and at least 2 years of experience in a similar role. The ideal candidate should demonstrate a high sense of responsibility for the results of their tasks.
The Product Marketing Manager will be responsible for generating and implementing new ideas, conducting market research, analyzing competitors, developing and analyzing key product metrics, creating and monitoring the product's roadmap, and ensuring clear communication and synchronization across team members.
Systematic, critical, and analytical thinking.
Excellent communication skills.
Data-driven approach in decision-making.
Ability to elaborate on ideas and create tasks based on them.
At least 2 years of experience in a similar role.
Experience as an analyst in one of the "Big Four" firms.
Experience in Genesis or its subsidiary companies.
Technical Skills Required:
Advanced level in:
Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel
Vwo.com or similar for A/B testing
Google Analytics 4
HotJar or similar tools
Basic understanding of:
SQL proficiency is a significant plus.
Generating new hypotheses, testing, and implementing them.
Conducting market research and competitor analysis.
Developing and analyzing key performance indicators of the product.
Creating and controlling the execution of the product's roadmap.
Effectively communicating ideas and synchronizing all team members.
Ability to form a team from existing employees.
Initiating hypothesis generation, implementation, and analysis processes within the team.
Creating profitable funnels for our top products.
