We're searching for a dynamic Affiliate Account Manager to join our team. This role is crucial in maintaining the high quality and compliance of our pay-per-call division, as well as expanding our performance network by vetting new affiliates and advertisers.
Communication: Proficiency with platforms like Skype, Telegram, Slack, WhatsApp, etc.
Language Skills: Fluent in English; Mandarin speaking is ideal.
Marketing Experience: Background in affiliate marketing with a portfolio of affiliates preferred.
Location: Based in Kuala Lumpur, open to remote work with occasional office visits.
Technical Skills: Proficient in Excel, Word, and experience with Ringba and Everflow platforms.
Call Quality Assurance: Listen to phone calls delivered to clients, ensuring compliance, authenticity, and genuine intent.
Reporting: Generate detailed reports on call quality for each traffic source in active campaigns.
Affiliate Vetting: Conduct thorough assessments of potential affiliates, understanding traffic types, and asking qualifying questions.
Advertiser Vetting: Evaluate potential advertisers, ensuring they are prepared for onboarding with appropriate documentation.
Network Growth: Manage and prospect affiliates to drive traffic to network campaigns effectively.
Flexible Schedule: Availability to coordinate with teams in North America and Europe.
Competitive Salary: RM 3,500 to RM 4,000 starting salary.
Bonus: Structured bonus for successful affiliate management.
