✔️At least 6 months experience in Customer Support;
✔️Upper-intermediate English is a MUST;
✔️Excellent communication skills;
✔️High level of personal responsibility;

Обов'язки:
➖Handle and resolve all customers’ complaints and requests only in chat + emails
➖Answer technical and billing questions
➖Analyse and assess customers’ needs
➖Deliver information about benefits of the products to turn potential customers into paid ones
➖Questions related to licenses and activations, promo and sale questions
➖Managing returns and refunds

Буде плюсом:
✔️Knowledge of Windows/Mac Operating System + experience in optimization OS’s work
✔️Interest in photography
✔️Photographer portfolio
✔️Experience working with Photoshop and Lightroom
✔️Knowledge in Zendesk
✔️Analytical skills

Умови праці:
➖Probationary period: 3 month
➖Working hours schedule: 23:00 - 08:00 UTC+2, 5 days a week, a one-hour break
➖Floating weekends
➖Trainings: up 2 month (10.00-18.00) UTC+2
➖18 days of paid vacation and paid sick days
