Requirements:
5+ years of experience in UX/UI or graphic design with a robust portfolio showcasing successful projects

Previous experience in a managerial role is a plus, considering our company’s rapid growth

Proven ability to think strategically about design and translate business objectives into compelling visual concepts. Demonstrated success in creating a unique and recognizable design style for products that have disrupted the iGaming market

Utilize skills in UX/UI and graphic design, applying expertise in Figma/Photoshop

Proficiency in working effectively in a team

Responsibilities:
Work with stakeholders on developing a strategic design approach for current and future products, ensuring alignment with the company’s overall objectives

Collaborate closely with a team of UX/UI and graphic designers, actively participate in the practical design process of new games and products, collaborating closely with product owners

Streamline design processes and workflows for enhanced efficiency, using practical skills and experience to uphold the production of high-quality designs that have played a role in our market disruption
