Customer Support Specialist (Turkish)

We are looking for a Customer Support Specialist.

Requirements:
– Turkish Strong С1 level (at least writing)
– English Strong B2 level (at least writing)
– Ukrainian С1 level
– Confident use of Google tools
– Good communication skills
– Quick studying, to be ready to work with a big amount of data
– Client-based mentality
– Analytical and problem-solving skills
– Desire to grow in cryptocurrency knowledge

Would be a plus:
- Experience in client support
- Cryptocurrency area knowledge (even on the basic user level)

Responsibilities:
– Assisting clients with any product related questions
– Closing tickets in one touch
– Record-keeping
– Team interaction
