Requirements:

- min 3-4 years of experience in Sales/ Business Development/ Growth Manager or similar position (preferably with experience in a managerial position);
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (at least Upper Intermediate);
- Experience working in such markets as Europe, the USA, UK;
- Background in various fields including healthcare, real estate, fintech, e-commerce, and e-learning;
- Understanding and managing sales processes, including lead generation;
- Experience with CRM systems;
- Experience with multiple software tools for Inbound and Outbound marketing;
- Proactivity is not just a word, it is a key value that manifests itself in the willingness to work in a dynamic environment, and focus on results.

Responsibilities:

- Launch new sales channels;
- Search for potential customers, proposal preparation, sales discovery, and sales calls;
- Build and maintain relationships with clients;
- Find and build a partnership network with development and other companies;
- Update data in the CRM system;
- Build and manage the best strategies for innovative sales and marketing campaigns.
