We are looking for HR Business Partner.

Requirements:
– Not less than 3 years of experience in the HR field as an HR BP, HRD etc.;
– Experience working in international companies;
– Experience with all HR business processes within the company;
– Experience in building HR business processes;
– Experience in creating (in English) policies, procedures, guides, etc.;
– Experience in developing internal projects from scratch;
– Research type of cooperation (legal part);
– Experience in building processes for cross-functional teams;
– Experience negotiating with leaders, lawyers;
– Experience setting up automation in Jira.

Responsibilities:
– HRBP is responsible for the tactics and implementation of the company's strategy. The main task is to ensure that personnel management in the company is consistent with corporate needs, goals and mission;
– Develops HR policies and procedures that will enable the business to achieve current and long-term goals;
– Carries out work on updating working documentation in the field of HR;
– Manages compliance related processes;
– Ensures compliance of HR practices with legislation;
– Provides advice, proactively explains legal/regulatory requirements;
– Involves employees in the implementation of these regulations and rules;
– Establishes a trust relationship with an internal client (manager/business unit);
– Understands internal business processes and defines stakeholder expectations, balances diverging interests and goals;
– Identifies the need and coordinates the provided HR services;
– Develops employee retention and development programs;
– Hears the needs of the company and knows what tools or practice can be used to cope with;
– Serves as a link between individuals, teams and management. HRBP is focused on solving business problems. He understands the needs of the business, and what is happening in the teams, what their needs are - and ties everything together.
