- Experience in roles such as Sales Supervisor/Senior Team Lead, Trainer, Project Manager/Operations, Head of Call Center, or similar positions;
- Strong background in effectively supervising and guiding team leads;
- Proven experience working in a B2C sales call center;
- Hands-on experience with making outbound calls and working with hot leads;
- Experience in the e-commerce sector;
- Hands-on experience in optimizing and implementing processes, as well as launching new initiatives;
- Training and coaching experience;
- Proficiency in English (mandatory); Native in Spanish;
- Proficiency in sales strategies and target achievement;
- Efficiently allocating time and resources to meet objectives;
- Prioritizing tasks and projects to ensure productivity;
- Ability to analyze data and think creatively to overcome challenges.

- Oversee the hiring of qualified sales agent team leaders;
- Conduct comprehensive onboarding for new team leaders;
- Provide continuous coaching and support to team leaders;
- Achieve and maintain sales targets;
- Evaluate team leaders' work quality and performance, offering constructive feedback;
