We are looking for a Traffic partner account manager.

Requirements:
– 2 to 5 years of experience in a similar position
– Strong communication skills (both in Ukrainian and English)
– Deep understanding of advertising technologies, including platforms where it is placed and analytics tools
– Ability to effectively work in a rapidly changing environment while managing multiple projects simultaneously
– Proficiency in working with data (spreadsheets, dashboards, automation)

Responsibilities:
– Partner Relationship Management: The primary task is to maintain communication with partners and enhance their activity within the affiliate network. This involves regular communication, addressing emerging issues and questions, as well as motivating partners to increase traffic volumes to achieve business goals.

– Strategy Development and Implementation: Analyze the effectiveness of current affiliate programs and develop strategies for their improvement. This may include identifying new traffic sources, creating offers, as well as optimizing existing affiliate relationships.

– Analytics: Track key metrics of affiliate network effectiveness, such as conversion rates (registrations, customer acquisition cost, first-time deposits, etc.), ROI (return on investment). Based on the data obtained, propose solutions for further program optimization.

– Technical Support: Provide technical support to partners, assisting them in understanding the company's tools, traffic tracking, etc.

– Collaboration with other department teams: such as content, design, marketers, PPC specialists, B2B, as well as developers.

– Training and Development of Partners: Conduct training events for new and existing partners, helping them develop their skills and maximize results.
