We are looking for an Account Manager.

Requirements:
– Strong B1+ English proficiency (both speaking and writing)
– Experience: at least 2 years of experience as an Account Manager
– Knowledge of Jira/Confluence
– Experience with KYC/KYB
– Excel (experienced user)

Responsibilities:
– Work with the internal admin panel
– Collect KYC/KYB documents and provide feedback, work with Jira to create and update card statuses
– Track Weekly/Monthly clients activity & monitoring changes / scaling to BD
– Maintain and enhance the Account Management space in Confluence (documentation related to this role)
