As a Junior Sports Trader, you will be responsible for managing and monitoring betting markets, compilations of betting odds, monitoring all live sports actions. Requirements:
Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:
Good all-round sporting knowledge and a strong interest in betting and odds.
Strong numeracy skills and excellent understanding of betting percentages, margins…etc.
High level of computer literacy. High level of computer proficiency (MS Office – Word, Excel and Outlook).
High level of verbal and written communication skills (English language) Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary customer service.
Ability to work independently and to carry out assignments to completion within parameters of instructions given, prescribed routines, and standard accepted practices.

Responsibilities:
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Compilation of betting odds for specific sports and markets.
Trading and management of betting markets and associated risk management.
Constant monitoring of all incoming bets across Online and Retail channels.
Work towards financial targets set by senior management.
Analysis of product performance and all related business.
Manage all sports and markets in accordance with directed parameters.
Constant tracking and comparing of betting offer with competitors.
Monitor all live sports actions. Excellent organization and prioritization skills.
Close co-operation with all related teams within the company (Fraud, Risk, Compliance, Marketing…).
