We are looking for a Customer Support Representative with excellent English and Spanish language skills to help our client improve the product. Our client is a multi-national technology company that provides software solutions and services for enterprise companies in the hospitality, food service, retail and entertainment industries, ranging from hospitality technology platforms, hotel management solutions, food and beverage and retail systems, payment gateways, data management, online distribution and more.

➖Provide first level support to customers with a focus on quality and customer satisfaction and within the defined parameters of support services.
➖Understand our customer needs, expectations and assist them using our applications .
➖Track and document the service desk request problem-solving process, including all successful and unsuccessful decisions made, and actions taken through to final resolution.
➖Escalate Tickets which need further investigation by 2nd and 3rd Level Support.

✔️Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.
✔️Experience in supporting customers over the phone and using Remote Access Tools.

➖Schedule: Work shifts per week: Monday to Friday, part time (5:00 PM - 9:00 PM) UTC-5,
Saturday-Sunday, full time: 3 shifts (morning: 9.00 AM−5.00 PM, day: 5.00 PM− 1.00 AM, night: 1.00 AM−9.00 AM) UTC-5
