We are looking for a Customer Support Specialist to provide excellent service across our eCommerce platform. You will troubleshoot issues, respond to inquiries, and guide customers through order/form completion, account changes etc.
Our client's Product is an online shop that specializes in offering a range of health and wellness products. They provide a variety of supplements and natural health solutions, emphasizing high-quality ingredients and science-backed formulations. The online platform is designed to make these products easily accessible to individuals seeking to enhance their well-being through natural and effective means.

Вимоги:
➖Excellent English, written and spoken
➖Outstanding written and verbal communication prowess
➖Willingness to work with people and help them with issues of varying complexity.
➖Ability to act in non-standard situations
➖Ability to explain the complex in simple words.

Обов'язки:
✔️Communicate with customers via various channels such as phone, email
✔️Process orders, forms, applications, and requests from customers
✔️Keep records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback, as well as actions taken to resolve their issues
✔️Coordinate with the team to ensure customer satisfaction and provide follow-up services as required
✔️Participate in training sessions to broaden product knowledge and enhance customer service skills

Буде плюсом:
➖A background in customer support or call center operations
➖Knowledge of work with G-suite (Google Workspace: Disc/Sheets/Docs)
➖Experience with any CRM/ATS

Умови праці:
✔️Remote work
✔️The probation period is one month
✔️2 non-fixed days off per week
✔️5 work shifts per week: morning (7.00-15.00), day (15.00-23.00) and night (23.00-7.00)
✔️Night shifts are mandatory (two per week) with an additional bonus
