Looking for Project Manager Assistant, full remote (only for candidates from Ukraine).

Considering candidates without work experience.
Decent English level is required (B2+), but communication is mostly messages/emails.
Bigger part of job is a presales & related communication and portfolio update/management.
Smaller part is ongoing project communication and task tracking.

Job responsibilities includes:
1) communication with clients (presales assistance)
2) managing the portfolio of our past projects
3) work with documents/reports
4) meetings organization
5) small doc tasks

It will be great if you can add a small video (2-3min, for example on Loom) with self representation.

It is not an independent role with delegated decision making (at least for now).
At present it is a mix of trainee level activities as project manager/manager assistant.


Additional info:
1) Paid Vacations 18 working days per year (1.5 day per month)
2) Sick leaves - 10 days per year
