job responsibilities for Product Manager
1. Own the current and future roadmap of the product, aligning it with the overarching business strategy and goals.
Define and prioritize product features and requirements based on customer feedback, market research, and business objectives.
2. Evaluate and approve new features based on their alignment with the product roadmap, business needs, and stakeholder feedback, ensuring that they contribute positively to the overall product vision.
3. Collaborate closely with stakeholders on the business side to understand their requirements, priorities, and feedback, ensuring alignment with the product vision.
4. Work closely with the development team to ensure clear communication of requirements, effectively prioritize tasks, and address any impediments that may arise, thus facilitating efficient workflow.
5. Coordinate with the design team to ensure that the product’s user interface (UI) and user experience (UX) align with its goals and enhance user satisfaction.
6. Manage customer attraction strategies, including understanding customer needs, conducting market research, and implementing strategies to attract and retain customers.
7. Monitor and ensure timely delivery of the product roadmap, identifying and addressing any potential delays or obstacles to keep the development process on track.
8. Facilitate the onboarding process for new business customers, ensuring a smooth transition and successful adoption of the product.
