We are seeking an experienced 24/7 Support Engineer to join our team and provide high-quality technical support to our clients worldwide. This role involves around-the-clock resolution of client inquiries and ensuring the smooth operation of our platform.

Key Responsibilities:

-Provide technical support to clients via email, phone, and ticketing system.
-Troubleshoot issues related to platform use, equipment configuration, and third-party integrations.
-Monitor systems to detect and resolve potential problems before they impact clients.
-Collaborate with the development team to address complex issues.

Candidate Requirements:

-A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields is required.
-Experience in technical support or related fields.
-Strong understanding of network infrastructure and system architecture.
-Proficiency in troubleshooting software issues.
-Experience with database management and basic SQL queries.
-Familiarity with Linux/Unix server environments.
-Ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues.
-Proficiency in English at an Upper-Intermediate level or higher.
