We are looking for a Part-Time Customer Support Representative who will play a crucial role in maintaining positive customer relationships by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing excellent support.

Вимоги:
➖Proficiency in Italian at a C1 level, both written and spoken.
➖Previous experience in customer support or a related field is preferred.
➖Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
➖Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
➖Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
➖Familiarity with e-commerce and delivery service industry practices is a plus.
➖Flexibility to work part-time hours from 09:00 to 13:00, Monday to Friday.

Обов'язки:
✔️Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries through various communication channels, including email and chat.
✔️Provide accurate information about products, orders, delivery status, and other relevant topics.
✔️Resolve customer issues and concerns promptly, aiming for first-contact resolution whenever possible.
✔️Collaborate with other departments to escalate and resolve complex customer issues.
✔️Contribute to the improvement of customer support processes and procedures.
✔️Stay informed about product updates, promotions, and company policies.

Умови праці:
