We are looking for dynamic and experienced Team Lead for our Customer Support team (part-time). As a key player you will lead and inspire a team to provide exceptional service. Our client's product allows millions of photographers to make incredible images faster. Their award-winning software automates photo editing with the power of AI yet leaves all the creative control in the hands of the artist.

Вимоги:
➖Proven experience in a leadership role, demonstrating the ability to guide and motivate a customer support team.
➖Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with the capacity to handle various tasks efficiently and effectively.
➖Excellent English, both written and spoken.
➖Outstanding written and verbal communication prowess.
➖Willingness to work with people and assist them with issues of varying complexity.
➖Ability to act in non-standard situations.
➖Ability to explain complex concepts in simple terms.

Обов'язки:
✔️KPI Management: Monitor and analyze team KPIs, identifying areas for improvement.
✔️Knowledge Base: Update and maintain the knowledge base with current and accurate information.
✔️Training Coordination: Assess team training needs and collaborate with the internal product team for additional training.
✔️Feedback and Coaching: Provide constructive feedback to team members, offering coaching for professional development.
✔️Quality Assurance: Conduct regular quality checks on team outputs, ensuring adherence to standards.
✔️Customer Interaction: Act as the first point of contact between our team and the customer's team, addressing inquiries and concerns.
✔️Operate on Escalated Cases: Handle escalated cases efficiently, ensuring swift resolution and customer satisfaction.
✔️Adapt to Changes: Be adaptable and responsive, proactively making changes when necessary to meet evolving project needs.
✔️Reporting: Generate reports on team performance and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
