We are looking for a HR People Partner.

Requirements:
– Minimum 3 years HR People Partner related work experience, preferably with a product company.
– Experience with HRIS.
– Experience with operational HR tasks and willingness to work with them.
– Strong personal and communication skills.
– Employee Support: Provides comprehensive support to employees on HR-related inquiries.
– Collaboration and Communication: Collaborates effectively with other HR functions and departments.
– HR Procedures and Policies: Assists in the development, interpretation, and implementation of HR policies, procedures, and practices.
– Ethical Practice: Acknowledge mistakes and demonstrate accountability for actions. Demonstrates ethical behavior and adherence to ethical standards.
– Business Acumen: Demonstrates a deep understanding of the business and industry.
– Information Management and Common Sense: Asks clarifying questions and seeks further information to clarify ambiguity. Manages data and information effectively to support HR processes.
– Responsibility: Acts in the best interest of the situation, taking responsibility for decisions and actions. Ability to make decisions at an accessible level and offer viable solutions.
– Professionalism and Development: Demonstrates a commitment to continuous improvement and a willingness to learn.
– Critical Evaluation: Applies critical thinking skills to analyze complex HR issues and make informed decisions.

Responsibilities:
– HR procedures development and Implementation: Assisting in the development, interpretation, and implementation of HR policies, procedures, and practices. Ensuring employees have access to relevant documentation and addressing policy-related queries.
– Ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations.
– HR Policies and Procedures: Implementation, maintenance, and communication of HR policies and procedures.
– Employee Relations: Handling employee relations matters, such as conflict resolution, investigations, performance concerns, and disciplinary actions. Providing guidance and support to employees and managers on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
– Legal requirements: maintaining all necessary documents in accordance with legal requirements
– Performance Management: Assisting in performance management processes, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and development plans according to HR procedures. Coaching managers on effective feedback techniques and performance improvement strategies.
– Crisis situations: Communications, employee support, organization of evacuation if it necessary in situations of military operations, terrorist attacks, natural disasters
– Employee Data Management: Ensuring accurate and up-to-date employee data in HR systems, including employee records, personal information, job details, and organizational structure.
– Employee Lifecycle Processes: Overseeing and executing various employee lifecycle processes, such as onboarding, offboarding, transfers, rotation, promotions, compensation changes, and employee status changes.
Employee Support: Providing support to employees on HR-related inquiries, including benefits, policies, procedures, and HRIS-related questions. Assisting in problem-solving and issue resolution.
People Partner collaborate closely with other HR functions to provide comprehensive HR support to the organization.
