Broadway is an all-in-one solution to launch an online casino. The project is in an early stage, and we are looking for exceptional talent to join our ambitious team.

Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Product Owner to lead the development of our B2B crypto payment platform. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully creating and launching similar products in the fintech or cryptocurrency industry.

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
Proven experience (minimum 3 years) as a Product Owner or similar role in a fintech company, specifically in developing B2B crypto payment solutions.
Strong understanding of blockchain technology, cryptocurrencies, and payment processing.
Experience with Agile methodologies and tools (e.g., Scrum, Kanban, JIRA).
Exceptional communication skills with the ability to articulate complex ideas and influence stakeholders.
Analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
Entrepreneurial spirit with a passion for innovation and problem-solving.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, startup environment with a high degree of autonomy.

Responsibilities:
Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle from conception to launch of our B2B crypto payment provider.
Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap based on market research, industry trends, and customer feedback.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, marketing, and sales to drive product development.
Gather and prioritize product requirements, create user stories, and maintain a well-defined backlog.
Conduct competitive analysis and stay abreast of industry developments to identify opportunities and threats.
Work closely with stakeholders to ensure alignment on product goals, timelines, and deliverables.
Define and analyze key metrics to measure product success and iterate based on data-driven insights.

Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working with distributed ledger technologies (e.g., Ethereum, Hyperledger).
Previous experience with compliance and regulatory requirements inthe cryptocurrency space.
Familiarity with API integrations and third-party payment processors
