About the Position:
Playwing is seeking an experienced User Acquisition Manager specializing in Value-Added Services (VAS) to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in driving our user acquisition strategy by identifying and negotiating new traffic sources and optimizing Cost Per Acquisition (CPA).

Ideal Candidate:
- Proven experience in user acquisition, specifically within the VAS sector (minimum 3 years)
- Extensive experience and a strong network in the industry, particularly in markets like Malaysia, China, India, -Netherlands, Israel, and Argentina
- Ability to independently manage and optimize media buying campaigns
- Strong portfolio of affiliates with a proven track record of successful partnerships
- Excellent negotiation skills and the ability to attract traffic from competitors
- Experience with various traffic sources and optimization techniques
- Proficient in analyzing data and making data-driven decisions to enhance performance
- Fluent in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive user acquisition strategies targeting VAS
- Identify and negotiate with direct publishers and media buyers to secure traffic
- Optimize campaigns to improve CPA and overall ROI
- Monitor and analyze performance data to continuously improve campaign outcomes
- Build and maintain a portfolio of affiliate partners and direct traffic sources
- Collaborate with internal teams to align acquisition strategies with overall business goals
