We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Administrator/Developer to enhance our Salesforce platform (Healthcare domain), ensuring it meets our organizational needs and provides an exceptional user experience.

- Proven experience as a Salesforce Administrator/Developer with a deep understanding of the Salesforce platform;
- Advanced skills in creating flows, formula fields, and workflow automation;
- Experience with Salesforce Experience Cloud;
- Expertise in managing complex access for portal and internal users;
- Proficient in Apex development and designing complex data models;
- Attention to detail and experience in QA testing;
- Health Cloud experience is advantageous but not required;

- Flow Creation: Develop advanced flows to automate business processes and streamline operations within Salesforce;
- Formula Fields: Create complex formula fields and formula report fields to enhance data analysis and reporting capabilities;
- Workflow Automation: Utilize all workflow automation features in Salesforce, including process builder, approval processes, and workflow rules;
- Experience Cloud: Manage and develop Experience Cloud sites, ensuring seamless interaction for both portal and internal users;
- Access Management: Design and implement complex access controls for portal and internal users, ensuring data security and appropriate access levels;
- Apex Development: Write and maintain Apex code to extend Salesforce functionality and integrate with other systems;
- Data Modeling: Design and implement complex data models to support business processes and reporting requirements.
