We are seeking enthusiastic Customer Service Representatives (CSRs) to join our team. This position involves handling customer inquiries and support for 7 distinct projects, SaaS mostly. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a passion for helping others, and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
Projects:
1) Creates widgets for collecting feedback on websites
2) Stores and protects customer data (files, passwords, etc.)
3) Support for 5-star hotels
4) Data processing and verification
5) Provides websites/statistics for businesses that want to know more about their customers and potential customers
6) Calculates the cost of projects and provides consulting services
7) Internal project about translations

Вимоги:
➖Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (B2.2)
➖Customer Focus: A passion for helping others and a customer-centric approach
➖Multitasking Ability: Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
➖Technical Proficiency: Comfort with learning and using new tools and platforms
➖Problem-solving skills: Ability to troubleshoot issues and provide effective solutions

Обов'язки:
✔️Provide exceptional customer service through various channels (phone, email, chat).
✔️Assist customers with their inquiries.
✔️Troubleshoot and resolve issues.
✔️Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate team members or departments.
✔️Participate in training sessions and ongoing development to stay updated on product knowledge, company policies, and customer service best practices.

Буде плюсом:
➖Previous experience in customer service or a related field
➖Familiarity with Saas projects
➖Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment

Умови праці:

✔️The probation period is two months

✔️Work shifts per week: 2 types of shifts: 08:00-16:00, 16:00-00:00
