ThingsBoard is looking for a Technical Support Specialist to join our dynamic team. We are seeking an experienced and responsible professional to fulfill the roles of both system administrator and technical support. This role involves working with our internal and external clients, ensuring seamless operation of equipment, and resolving technical issues.


Responsibilities:

Maintenance of computers and laptops.
Monitoring the condition of equipment and performing updates.
Ordering new equipment and necessary hardware.
Installing and configuring operating systems Ubuntu and Windows.
Performing system administration tasks.
Communicating with clients, receiving tickets, responding to them, and solving technical problems.
Ensuring a high level of support and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

At least 1 year of experience in technical support or a similar role.
Strong knowledge of Linux (Ubuntu) and Windows operating systems.
Ability to install and configure software.
Experience with repair and service tasks for computer equipment.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to solve customer problems.
Self-organization and responsibility.
