As the Product Owner for our Sportsbook platform, you will be responsible for defining the vision, strategy, and roadmap for our product. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of a high-quality Sportsbook platform that meets the needs of our B2B clients.

Requirements:
Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Product Owner or similar role in the Sportsbook or iGaming industry.
Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of Sportsbook operations, including betting markets, feeds management, odds calculation, risk management, and regulatory compliance.
Technical Skills: Familiarity with Agile methodologies and experience working with development teams using tools like Jira, Confluence, or similar.
Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences.
Leadership: Proven ability to lead and inspire cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products on time and within budget.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field. Advanced degree or relevant certifications (e.g., CSPO, PSPO) is a plus.

Responsibilities:
Product Vision & Strategy: Develop and communicate a clear product vision and strategy for the Sportsbook platform, aligned with company goals and market demands.
Roadmap Planning: Create and maintain a detailed product roadmap, prioritizing features and enhancements based on market analysis, client feedback, and business objectives.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with stakeholders, including clients, CPO, CTO, development teams, marketing, and sales, to gather requirements, define features, and ensure alignment across the organization.
Requirement Gathering: Conduct thorough research and analysis to gather requirements and create detailed user stories, acceptance criteria, and product specifications.
Agile Management: Lead Agile/Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and sprint reviews, to ensure the efficient and effective delivery of product increments.
Market & Competitor Analysis: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market developments, and competitor products to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement.
Client Interaction: Act as the primary point of contact for B2B clients, ensuring their needs are understood and met through the product development process.
Performance Monitoring: Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of the product and identify areas for continuous improvement.
