Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Product Manager to join our Slot Game Development team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully creating and launching similar products.
Requirements:
Experience: Minimum of 5 years in a similar role within the iGaming industry, with a focus on slot game development.
Expertise: Proven track record of developing and launching successful slot games.
Product Knowledge: Deep understanding of regulatory requirements and product nuances across various jurisdictions and territories.
Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.
Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of effectively managing stakeholder expectations.
Technical Acumen: Solid understanding of the technical aspects of game development.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.
Responsibilities:
Vision: Collaborate with Game Designer to create slot vision and theme
Game Design: Oversee team of designers and creatives to ensure top product quality and alignment with initial idea.
Game Development: Oversee the end-to-end development process of slot games, ensuring high-quality output and adherence to timelines.
Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all games comply with the regulatory requirements of different jurisdictions, staying updated with changes in laws and regulations.
Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends, player preferences, and competitive landscapes to inform product decisions.
Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, developers, and marketers, to deliver successful products.
Performance Monitoring: Analyze game performance metrics and player feedback to guide continuous improvement efforts.
Roadmap Planning: Create and maintain a detailed product roadmap, ensuring alignment with company goals and priorities.
