We are looking for a Customer Support Specialist to provide excellent service to our client :
- The company operates with visuals that are extensions to PowerBI
- The company specializes in storage solutions
- The company uses AI-based software to track the temperature inside the trailer
- Сustomer support and helpdesk software designed to help e-commerce businesses manage and streamline their customer service operations.

Вимоги:
➖Excellent English, written and spoken
➖Outstanding written and verbal communication prowess
➖Willingness to work with people and help them with issues of varying complexity.
➖Ability to act in non-standard situations
➖Ability to explain the complex in simple words.

Обов'язки:
✔️Communicate with customers via various channels such as phone, email, or live chat
✔️Process orders, forms, applications, and requests from customers
✔️Keep records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback, as well as actions taken to resolve their issues
✔️Coordinate with the team to ensure customer satisfaction and provide follow-up services as required
✔️Participate in training sessions to broaden product knowledge and enhance customer service skills

Буде плюсом:
➖A background in customer support or call center operations
➖Knowledge of work with G-suite (Google Workspace: Disc/Sheets/Docs)
➖Experience with any CRM/ATS

Умови праці:
✔️Remote work
✔️The probation period is two months
✔️2 non-fixed days off per week
✔️Work shifts per week: Morning 8:00-16:00, Day 14:00-22:00, Night 22:00-8:00
✔️Night shifts are mandatory (two per week) with an additional bonus
