GN Crypto, a global cryptocurrency news portal and the creative force behind the world's first cryptocurrency entertainment show ByHi (formerly Gagarin Show), is seeking an experienced, skilled, and community-focused CEO. This position is ideal for someone with a strong background in community engagement and a passion for the cryptocurrency sector.

Requirements:
– Development and implementation of strategies to attract the target audience and ensure the project's profitability.
– Support for sales and marketing departments, including organizing meetings with representatives from various industries to promote the brand and products.
– Identification and attraction of potential readers and subscribers through various communication channels.
– Creation and delivery of presentations focused on the benefits of the crypto publication for clients.
– Ensuring content alignment with the interests and needs of the target audience.
– Active engagement with the crypto community, establishing communication with key figures and communities in the field.
– Defining publication strategy and content editing in line with the project's mission and goals.
– Implementation and maintenance of sales processes.
– Creation and maintenance of a consistent project image across all branding, marketing, and advertising materials.
– Exploration of business development opportunities (partnerships or new initiatives). Continuous risk assessment and recommendations based on thorough analysis of all factors.
– Development and management of marketing and sales budgets. Provision of financial and revenue reporting to the company's senior management. Setting budgets for monthly targets, discussing performance with management to optimize sales and identify improvement opportunities.
– Analysis of marketing team and sales department activities, establishment of realistic and meaningful KPIs. Regular data analysis. Preparation of periodic reports (monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, and annual) on the progress of marketing, sales, and commercial activities.
– Building strong relationships with clients, developing strategic partnerships. Serving as an external representative of the project.

Responsibilities:
– Development and implementation of strategies for the project aimed at attracting the target audience and ensuring its profitability.
– Support of sales and marketing departments, including organizing meetings with representatives from various industries to promote the brand and products.
– Identification and attraction of potential readers and subscribers to the crypto publication through various communication channels.
– Creation and delivery of effective presentations, focused on the features and advantages of the crypto publication for each potential client.
– Ensuring that the content of the crypto publication aligns with the interests and needs of the target audience.
– Active engagement with the crypto community, establishing and maintaining long-term relationships with key figures and communities.
– Determination of the publication strategy and editing of the crypto publication's content in accordance with its mission and goals.

Would be a plus:
– Experience in a pre-sales environment, from solution development to customer acquisition.
– Experience in the crypto sphere, project management.
– Familiarity with Agile lifecycles and methodologies.
– Experience in team building.
