We are looking for a Business Development Manager

Requirements:
– Work Experience:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales.
At least 3 years of experience in a similar position in the sales sector, preferably in marketing or consulting.
Experience working with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and other sales management tools.

– Sales Skills:
Proven track record of success in sales and business development.
Ability to negotiate at a high level and close deals, including in English.

– Communication Skills:
Proficiency in English (at least B2 level), as well as in Russian and Ukrainian.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to conduct presentations.

– Strategic Thinking:
Ability to develop and implement strategies to attract clients and increase sales.
Analytical skills for market research and identifying new opportunities.

– Project Management:
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and achieve set goals.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

– Flexibility and Adaptability:
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to new conditions.
Proactive approach and ability to work with minimal supervision.

– Teamwork Skills:
Experience working in cross-functional teams and the ability to establish and maintain relationships with colleagues and clients.
Experience in mentoring and training junior staff will be an advantage.

Responsibilities:
– Negotiation and Deal Closing:
Contact potential clients to establish mutually beneficial relationships and conduct meetings.
Prepare and deliver presentations of the agency's products and services to potential clients.
Develop and agree on commercial proposals, negotiate, and finalize contracts.

– Client Acquisition Channel Management:
Manage and develop active client acquisition channels, such as online platforms, affiliate programs, and referrals.
Analyze the effectiveness of various channels and propose improvements.

– Maintaining Long-Term Client Relationships:
Establish and maintain strong long-term relationships with existing clients.
Ensure high levels of client satisfaction through regular contact and timely resolution of their issues.

– Market Analysis and Opportunity Identification:
Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and prospective clients.
Monitor market trends and competitors to determine competitive advantages and growth opportunities.

– Reporting and CRM Management:
Maintain accurate and timely reporting on sales, revenue, and client base.
Utilize CRM systems to track client interactions and manage the sales pipeline.

– Planning and Reporting:
Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve sales targets and increase company revenue.
Prepare regular reports for management on the work performed and the results achieved.

Would be a plus:
– Knowledge in Web3 and Crypto Marketing:
Understanding of the fundamentals and trends in Web3 technologies and cryptocurrencies.
Experience in this field will be a significant advantage.
