We are looking for a Customer Support Specialist to provide excellent service within our client's project. You will be solving problems and responding to customer queries via email/ticket/calls. If you have strong communication skills and customer service experience, we would like to hear from you.

➖Excellent English, written and spoken (C1)
➖Outstanding written and verbal communication prowess
➖Background in customer support or experience in hospitality, commercial flights
➖Willingness to work with people and help them with issues of varying complexity.
➖Ability to act in non-standard situations
➖Ability to explain the complex in simple word
➖Experience with commercial flights

Обов'язки:
✔️Communicate with customers via various channels, such as emails/ chats/calls
✔️Perform additional tasks related to the project- pre-sales support mostly at the very beginning
✔️Keep records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback, as well as actions taken to resolve their issues
✔️Coordinate with the team to ensure customer satisfaction and provide follow-up services as required
