We are looking for a Customer Support Specialist to provide excellent service across our project. You will troubleshoot issues, and respond to customer's inquiries via emails/tickets. If you have strong communication skills and customer service experience, we'd like to hear from you.
Our client - organization focuses on integrating mental wellness and heart-centered practices to promote holistic well-being. Such institutes typically offer resources, workshops, and programs designed to foster emotional, psychological, and spiritual health. They may focus on meditation, mindfulness, heart coherence techniques, and other practices aimed at reducing stress, enhancing emotional resilience, and improving overall life satisfaction.

➖Excellent English and Spanish, written and spoken (B2+)
➖Outstanding written and verbal communication prowess
➖Background in customer support
➖Willingness to work with people and help them with issues of varying complexity.
➖Ability to act in non-standard situations
➖Ability to explain the complex in simple words

✔️Communicate with customers via various channels, such as emails and tickets
✔️Provide customers with access to courses
✔️Perform additional tasks related to the project

Буде плюсом:
➖Knowledge of work with G-suite (Google Workspace: Disc/Sheets/Docs)
➖Experience with any CRM/ATS

Умови праці:
✔️Remote work
✔️The probation period is 2 months
✔️Schedule: Monday-Friday 10 am – 6 pm ET (1-hour unpaid break); Saturday 10 am – 3 pm ET; Sunday is off
✔️40 working hrs per week
